Acquisition and Contract Management

NetStar-1 provides full lifecycle acquisition support to one DHS’s major procurement offices, responsible for managing a $1.9 billion procurement program. More »

Portfolio and Investment Management

Budget Formulation and Execution

For several DHS clients, NetStar-1 maintains and analyzes both appropriated funds and revolving funds (i.e., $40M per year fee-for-service), making recommendations on budget allocations for project segments. More »
