Pierre Monacelli to Lead NetStar-1 Management Consulting Division

NetStar-1 Government Consulting Inc. has named Pierre Monacelli Vice President of Operations for its Management Consulting Division. Monacelli will report directly to CEO Kevin Rowe and will have management responsibility for NetStar-1’s contracts with federal clients including U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Immigration and Citizenship Services, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, the Office of Personnel Management, and others. NetStar-1 Wins U.S. Office of Personnel Management Re-Compete Blanket Purchase Agreement

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has awarded NetStar-1, Inc. a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for management consulting services for its Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI) program. The new award is a continuation of NetStar-1’s long standing support to OPM.
