The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has awarded NetStar-1, Inc. a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for management consulting services for its Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI) program. The new award is a continuation of NetStar-1’s long standing support to OPM.
