William S. Strang, President and CEO

Bill Strang is President and Chief Executive Officer of NetStar-1, a company he established to deliver and support business-critical solutions for Government and commercial clients. Using a collaborative approach which integrates client objectives with world class engineering expertise, NetStar-1 is focused on the technologies which drive communications convergence integrated with security and scalability.
Prior to NetStar-1, Mr. Strang was Chief Executive Officer of Dimension Data North America, a leading technology company representing a new category of system integrator. The company provides networking and multi-channel e-business solutions to global customers. Mr. Strang was responsible for the company's operations and growth strategy in North America and oversaw the 1100 employees in the region and had revenue responsibilities of $600 million.
Dimension Data acquired TimeBridge Technologies, a $150 million company created to provide commercial enterprises with consulting, design, integration and support services. Mr. Strang took the reigns of TimeBridge Technologies in June of 1997 as it spun off from Sylvest Management Systems Corporation, a company he co-founded in 1987.
Mr. Strang served for ten years as Executive Vice President of Sylvest, an open-systems integrator providing complete turn-key solutions support to primarily Federal government customers. Sylvest was purchased by FDC Technologies in June of 1997.
James M. Dean, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jim Dean is NetStar-1's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and leads the company's finance organization and has responsibility for accounting, strategic planning, treasury, tax and audit. He also leads the corporate development and facilities teams.
Mr. Dean is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 25 years of financial and management experience in the information technology sector. Prior to joining NetStar-1, Mr. Dean was the CFO at Northrop Grumman Computing Systems, Inc. (NGCS), Laurel, MD., where he led the company's financial, contractual, operational and proposal activities and was a member of NGCS' Executive Committee.
Previously, Mr. Dean was Vice President and CFO for Federal Data Corporation, Bethesda, MD. where he provided a leadership role in all financial, merger and acquisition, banking, shareholder and public bond market activities and served on the company's Corporate Management, Operations Review, Strategic Planning and Pricing Committees. Mr. Dean was previously employed at Price Waterhouse for 14 years before joining Federal Data Corporation.
Mr. Dean has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Mount St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, MD and has participated in the Executive Education Program, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration - University of Virginia and the Government Contracts Program - George Washington University Law School.
Leslie D. Rosenthal, Executive Vice President - Sales and Operations

Les Rosenthal is Vice President of Sales and Operations for NetStar-1, and is one of the Company's founders. Since NetStar-1's inception, Les has helped chart the Company's strategic direction, including the identification of NetStar-1's target customers and key employee hires, as well as identify several of the Company's acquisition targets.
Prior to NetStar-1, Mr. Rosenthal was Vice President, Sales for Dimension Data Mid-Atlantic, the domestic arm of Dimension Data LLC, where he was responsible for the company's sales performance in an area that included Colorado, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. The team delivered more than $75-million in business-critical solutions to clients across such industries as Finance, Medical, Education, Service Provider and State and Local government.
Dimension Data acquired TimeBridge Technologies, a $150 million company created to provide commercial enterprises with consulting, design, and integration support services. Mr. Rosenthal served as TimeBridge Technologies' Vice President of Sales from 1998 through its acquisition in 2000. Prior to this position, Mr. Rosenthal served as one of TimeBridge Technologies' Regional Sales Managers and as its first Major Account Manager.
Mr. Rosenthal also held the position of Federal Strategic Account Manager for Sylvest Management Systems. In his 25-year career, he has also held both Federal and Commercial sales and marketing positions with IBM, Digital Equipment Corporation, Sun Microsystems, Novell and Microsoft.
John Wayne, Executive Vice President, Operations

Mr. Wayne joined NetStar-1 following its merge with RGII, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wayne has 16 years of executive management experience and nearly 30 years of technical and management experience including all aspects of systems integration, systems development and technical service delivery to various federal agencies and branches of the DOD.
Most recently, Mr. Wayne was director of operations for Integic Corporation, a leading provider of software applications and business process management solutions. While at Integic, he oversaw all operations of the Uniformed Services Practice Area, managing day-to-day operations and expanding existing business and growing new business opportunities in the DOD. Prior to Integic, Mr. Wayne was a vice president at Northrop Grumman Information Technology (NGIT), Federal Data Corporation, where he led and managed the 150 employee, $80M Systems and Solutions Division within the Government Solutions Organization of NGIT.
Richard Bodson, Executive Vice President, Operations

Richard Bodson, NetStar-1's Executive Vice President, Operations, joined the company following its acquisition of AVIEL Systems, Inc. Prior to joining AVIEL, Mr. Bodson served as Senior Director in charge of the General Dynamics Information Technology Air Force Navy Solutions, ITS (Information Technology Services) business group, a $165 million business unit with almost 1,100 employees providing full system lifecycle services to the Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, DoD and joint command services throughout the United States. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of FC Business Systems, Inc., which was acquired by General Dynamics Information Technology in January 2006. Prior to that he served as Vice President at RS Information Systems, Inc. where he was responsible for $47 million per year of DoD and intelligence programs. He was previously a vice president at DynCorp for six years and a senior manager at EDS for 14 years.
Mr. Bodson is an alumnus of the University of Virginia and has been a guest lecturer for undergraduate and graduate level programs including the National Defense University, IRM College management course.
Chris Chroniger, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Chroniger oversees the development of IT solutions that help clients meet increasing demands for cost-effective, secure and scalable support. Additionally, Chris manages NetStar-1's IT staff as it implements new applications to support the rapidly-growing company. NetStar-1's recently completed acquisition of RGII Technologies and Automated Information Management puts the company on a path of reaching close to $100 million in revenue and is driving Chris' efforts to oversee the development of new applications and business tools across the company.
Prior to being named CTO, Chroniger was a company vice president, responsible for a broad range of professional services within the Federal government. Before joining NetStar-1, Chroniger held senior management positions at Dimension Data, Ltd., and TimeBridge Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Chroniger has led NetStar-1's projects at the U.S. Department of Labor for the last four years where he has worked extensively at the CxO level on OMB- driven initiatives such as IPv6, HSPD12, enterprise consolidation, and disaster planning across the DoL. He was one of NetStar-1's first employees, joining the company in early 2003 as it won its first contracts within the Federal government and at the State of Maryland.
Chris brings more than 15 years of experience to his role as CTO, and has held increasingly challenging positions within the systems and solutions integration community. He has worked with numerous clients that include NASA, the Executive Office of the President, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts and at several network services providers where he provided high-level solution architecture and design guidance.
Kathy Dickerson, Vice President, Human Resources

Kathy Dickerson, NetStar-1's Vice President, Human Resources, is responsible for managing the company's employee recruitment, retention and training programs, and oversees the company's compensation, benefits and retirement savings plans.
Mrs. Dickerson has held senior Human Resources positions in a variety of industries, including information technology, biotechnology, and hospitality. Prior to joining NetStar-1, she held the positions of Senior Vice President of Human Resources with webMethods, Inc. and Net2000 Communications, Inc., and Vice President of Human Resources and Administration with BioReliance, Inc. and GEN International, Inc. Previously, she was Director of Training and Development for Marriott Corporation.
Ms. Dickerson received her B.S. and M.A. degrees in secondary education from Ball State University. Her many certifications include studying with Dr. Edwards Deming, Stephen Covey and the Tom Peters organization, specializing in total quality management, change management and organizational leadership. Ms. Dickerson is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
