NetStar-1 Acquires AVIEL Systems: NetStar-1, Inc., a leading provider of information technology, engineering and program management services and solutions to U.S. federal government and commercial clients, announced today that it has acquired AVIEL Systems, Inc., a privately-held management and information technology consulting firm based in McLean, Va.
